There seems to be no end to the miserable weather we have been having. Sweat inducing & energy sapping heat - at the end of November! Man the afternoons are so hot, I need an I.V. with me. Unfortunately my shift is from afternoon to late night, so I have to brave it out on the streets of Cochin. Also a viral fever epidemic of sorts spreading around, several collegues of mine have fallen ill in the recent couple of weeks.

Sandhya called me last night from Leeds. I did't recognise the number (what will illegal routing of international calls going on in India), it showed on my cell's display as a number with the std code of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. World's apart! What the hell!! I don't know what is being done about it.
