Juventus are on the verge of making a shocking and unexpected transfer move as the Italian giants is the last team to join the Robinho race. The daily Brazilian newspaper, ‘Estado de S. This move was confirmed by the player’s agent, Wagner Ribeiro, who declared that the Bianconeri “introduced a new important element”. Robinho is also followed by Real Madrid and Arsenal, with the English side offering 21 million Euros for the young Brazilian talent. Chelsea may order their Argentine striker Hernan Crespo, on loian to AC Milan, to return to Stamford Bridge to help solve their striker shortage. Crespo, who will be 30 on 5 July, spent last season in Milan and was expected to remain at the San Siro for the coming season. But Chelsea want him back, according to Milan deputy chief executive Ariedo Braida. Milan on their part have announced that they are only interested in keeping Crespo at the club on loan.
Chelsea’s Serbian striker Mateja Kezman has agreed to join Primera Liga side Atletico Madrid on a three-year contract. "Some matters do still need to be resolved between the player and Chelsea for the deal to be done," said Atletico president Enrique Cerezo on Tuesday night. The player is to have a medical today. Kezman, 26, joined Chelsea from PSV Eindhoven for £5 million last year, but scored just four goals in 24 games for the Blues and lost his place in the Serbia-Montenegro national squad. Atletico insist that Spain international striker Fernando Torres will not be part of any transfer involving Kezman. "Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich can forget about Torres," said Cerezo. Atletico finished 11th in La Liga last season, scoring a meagre 40 goals in 38 league games. Earlier in July the club sacked coach Cesar Ferrando and replaced him with former Boca Juniors coach Carlos Bianchi. Kezman is set to become Atletico’s first new player of the new regime. He made his reputation at Partizan Belgrade before joining PSV in 2000, and he scored 105 goals for the Dutch side during a four-year spell.
