Oh Sweet Satan! What a terrible last few days I had health wise. A blasted sore throat on Sunday led to fever, blocked & runny nose, cold, cough, breathing problems dues to my asthma - and in 3 words - flem, flem, flem!! Disgusting feeling whenever I cough, flem rises up. I took bottles of cough syrup & oodles of losenges! Back on feet again.

While I was down for the count, I did get to see "Bowling for Columbine" the award winning documentary from Michael Moore. It really is great, those who have not seen it yet, please do so.


If you have been watching football recently, either the English Premier League or the Champions League, you would have to be blind to have missed out on the amazing talent of young Dutch winger Arjen Robben. Unable to the start the season due to injury, he has made up for lost time with dazzling runs on the field that either end up in goals or creating chances for scoring oppurtunities. Formerly of the Dutch giants PSV EIndhoven, he currenlty plays for Chelsea FC.
