Asha came to see me on Sunday while I was working and she bought her friend Mona with her. It was so nice to see her, tired as she was she could only stay for a little bit. I teased her like I normally do and tickled her nose and pinched her cheek. I simple adore this little mouse and I can't wait to see her again. I might get another chance this weekend.

Two European Leagues have their champions sorted out - Chelsea FC are newly crowned champions of the English Premier League after a long gap of 50 years. Yes, it was in 1955 that the Stamford Bridge club were kings of England. Two goals from Frank Lampard were enough for a 2-0 win over Bolton Wanderers & to seal the title away from Arsenal. Earlier in the year Chelsea had won the League Cup & they could win a rare treble if they manage to win the Champions League. In other matches, Tottenham Hotspurs won resoundingly over Aston Villa, 5-1 & Manchester United crushed Charlton Athletic 4-0.

In Germany Bayern Munich sealed their 19th Bundesliga title with a 4-0 win over Kaiserslautern on Saturday. Dutch striker Roy Makaay scored a hattrick in the match and put his club out of Schalke 04's reach, who failed to beat Bayer Leverkusen to prolong the title race. Coach Felix Magath, celebrated winning the league in his first year in charge of the Bavarian giants.
