Went for the company unofficial meeting last afternoon at Casino Hotel at Wellingdon Island. I almost didn't go as I wasn't feeling well. But since everyone was going I felt that I had to go, albeit a little late. I went in Deepa Sara's car alongwith Kavitha & Anu. I had to sit in the very front with Shylesh as there were no other seats left and everyone else wanted to avoid that section. It was fun and got to see a lot of people after a long time. Asha was there and she was one of the main reasons I went for the meeting. Also I was embarrses a little bit as one of the senior officers was praising me to another colleague, saying that if she is not at the office and I am there, she can depend on me. I almost blushed when she said that.

However the more I stay at these meetings & parties, the more alone & lonely I feel. Have you ever felt alone in a crowd? I do.
