I saw Jason X on Wednesday night. I was not a fan of the Friday The 13th movie series and the Jason mania did not impress me at all. I remember seeing the first movie and also Jason Lives & Jason Takes Manhattan movies. But that was more because there was nothing else to do and nothing else good on tv. Plus my dad is like me, a horror movie buff and so it was more like he was watching it and I was there with him. One cool thing I remember about the movies is that on one of them, Alice Cooper has this really cool song The Man Behind The Mask and since I am a fan of Alice Cooper, the movies tended to be associated for me with that song.

This movie in particular, was more interesting for me, reason 1 is that it was to be in a spaceship and reason 2 & 3 : actresses Lisa Ryder & the oh so lovely, delicious & gorgeous Lexa Doig. Lexa has been a babde of the week in December in my blog. I like Lisa Ryder as well, so I kinda watched the movie because they were in it, 70% because of Lexa. It was ok, had some cool shots in it and good specia effects. Not a bad movie, but enough of Jason already. I heard that there was one other movie Freddy vs Jason starring Jason and another horror star in his own right Freddy from the Nightmare On Elm Street series. I hope they finally destroy each other in that movie (if in fact this one came after Jason X. Cause I really don't see how Jason can come back to life. He was totally destroyed when he & Sgt.Brodski came crashing down on the planet and the atmosphere eroded them to dust. Only his mask was saved and it fell ominously into a lake. Does that mean he can be revived? And I forget, why does he want to kill everyone?
