Less than a week from the ugly incident in which Lee Bowyer & Keiron Dwyer were both sent off against Aston Villa in that 0-3 loss, all things seem to have settled down at Newcastle United. In a 1-0 win against Sporting Lison in the UEFA Cup, Bowyer was substituted by - none other than...............you guessed it, Dwyer in the second half. The crowd cheered when the substitution took place. Makes you wonder that coach Graeme Souness must have a wicked sense of humour.
