I took Tuesday off instead on my normal Thursdays. Took lots of rest and just slept & watched tv the whole day. I saw bits & peices of the Back To The Future trilogy movies. They still are so good to watch. Michael J Fox is so cool & funny and he never seems to age. Hey, did you know that he went to school with Bryan Adams!!?? Another guy whose appeal is the same.

Babe of the week - SANDRINE HOLT

The Crash Test Dummies are a band that missed being my favourite band. Cause I really loved the songs from their first two albums, didn't like their third and the albums after that are just ok. When I spent a miserable year in a hostel in Bangalore, one of the albums that kept me company and helped me aleviate the boredom and loneliness was "God Shuffled His Feet", their 1993 break through smash hit. Many nights, I would get under the covers after lights out, take off my glasses, put the tape in my walkman and listen to the entire album completely before drifting off. Songs like "Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm", "God Shuffled His Feet", "Afternoons & Coffeespoons" & so on were like friends to me during those days and I still love listening to them now. CTD is almost a solo project nowadays, the band name kept alive by lead singer/guitarist Brad Roberts with help from his brother & bassist Dan & keyboard player Ellen Reid.
